dc.description.abstract	In Brazil, there are regions that are considered areas with critical conditions regarding the supply of drinking water. In the middle of different causes that can provoke this fact, one has the high loss rate in the water distribution networks. In this way, the present work aims to create a hydraulic model in the WaterGEMS software for the municipality of Barrolândia-TO, so that it is a support tool for analysis of the system and decision making regarding the operational measures regarding the losses in the system. To do this, it was necessary to create a digital base that served as input for the creation of the model, together with the data provided by the local concessionaire. The digital base that was obtained by means of aerial surveying with Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) and aid of GIS, which facilitates the visualization of the products. The metolology adopted was that recommended by the software manuals and followed recommendations of georeferencing contained in the literature. The analysis of the results showed a great applicability of aerophotogrammetry for the construction of digital bases and, in this way, the model created proved to be an effective tool in the analysis of pressures, simulations in the system and will allow to the sanitation companies, an improvement in the operational management, that guarantees the sustainability of the company, the economy of human resources, economic, and especially, water.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	No Brasil, existem regiões que são consideradas áreas com condições críticas no que se refere ao fornecimento de água potável. Em meio a diferentes causas que podem provocar este fato, tem-se o alto índice de perdas nas redes de distribuição de água. Desta maneira, o presente trabalho tem por objetivo, criar um modelo hidráulico no software WaterGEMS para o município de Barrolândia-TO, de modo que este seja uma ferramenta de apoio para análise do sistema e tomada de decisões no que tange às medidas operacionais referentes às perdas no sistema. Para tal, foi necessário criar uma base digital que serviu de input para criação do modelo, juntamente com os dados disponibilizados pela concessionária local. A base digital foi obtida por meio de aerolevantamento com Veículo Aéreo Não Tripulado (VANT) e auxílio de SIG, o que facilita a visualização dos produtos. A metolologia adotada foi a recomendada pelos manuais dos softwares e foram seguidas recomendações de georreferenciamento contidas em literatura. A análise dos resultados demonstrou grande aplicabilidade da aerofotogrametria para construção de bases digitais e, desta maneira, o modelo criado se mostrou como uma ferramenta eficaz na análise de pressões, simulações no sistema e permitirá às empresas de saneamento, uma melhoria na gestão operacional, que garante a sustentabilidade da empresa, a economia dos recursos humanos, econômicos, e principalmente, hídricos.	pt_BR
