A dança bolé enquanto patrimônio cultural da comunidade quilombola kalunga do mimoso - arraias/paranã -to

Abstract

This paperwork aimed to portray the importance of Bolé Dance as a cultural heritage of the Kalunga do Mimoso Quilombola Community in the Municipality of Arraias and Paranã, two small cities located in the Southeast of Tocantins. We also tried to approach, throughout the research, the trajectory of struggles of these quilombos remnants and their cultural manifestations as a form of resistance and valorization of the Kalunga identity. Although, this research used the qualitative approach, with a bibliographic aspect in order to identify studies on Bolé Dance in the Kalunga do Mimoso Quilombola Community, having as reference the forms of expression of the Participatory Inventory of the Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional - IPHAN that served to collect data on Bolé Dance in the Community and the application of interviews with five residents of the community, seeking to identify their memories of the cultural good, reported that there is no action either by the local government or by residents in favor of this relevant cultural manifestation to the community and the reasons for Bolé's disappearance are several, such as new dances, the little participation of the elderly due to age, the lack of interest of young people and the lack of resources.
