| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Esta Dissertação de Mestrado vincula-se a linha de pesquisa Estado, Sociedade e Práticas Educativas do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação – Mestrado Acadêmico da Universidade Federal do Tocantins. Tem como objeto de pesquisa a gestão escolar e como tema o Projeto Político-Pedagógico (PPP) na perspectiva da gestão democrática da educação. Tem por objetivo geral compreender o sentido e a importância do PPP para a escola e para a gestão democrática, do ponto de vista da literatura, e os desafios a sua construção no Estado do Tocantins no período de 2015 a 2019. Para atingir esse propósito, tem por objetivos específicos apreender, no campo teórico, o sentido e a importância do PPP para a escola e para a gestão democrática; compreender, no campo teórico, os desafios para a elaboração e implementação do PPP; entender o(s) sentido(s) atribuído(s) ao PPP nos documentos que o regulam no Sistema Estadual de Ensino do Tocantins; e apreender as contribuições das orientações dos documentos que regulam o PPP no Sistema Estadual de Ensino do Tocantins para a gestão democrática da escola. Na bibliografia crítica, esse Projeto é concebido como o eixo da gestão escolar desde que em uma perspectiva democrática, que é efetivada com a participação engajada de toda a comunidade. Todavia, sua construção não se dá sem disputas teórico-políticas, implicando resistência e luta para solidificar cada vez mais a importância da discussão sobre esse assunto. No Sistema Estadual de Ensino do Tocantins, há documentos que tratam do PPP, porém, a gestão democrática ainda carece ser a protagonista na construção e implementação desse mecanismo, que pode ser um espaço para as vozes de todos os sujeitos que convivem na estrutura escolar. |
| Abstract: | This master dissertation is linked to the research line of State, Society and Educational Practices from the Post-Graduation Program in Education – Academic Master Degree of the Federal University of Tocantins. The object of study in this work is the educational management and the theme is the Political-Pedagogical Project (PPP) on the perspective of democratic educational management. The main objective is to comprehend the meaning and the importance of PPP for school and for the democratic management on the perspective of the literature and the challenges of its construction in the State of Tocantins on the period from 2015 to 2019. To achieve this goal, this work presents the following specific objectives: apprehend, on the theorical field, the meaning and the importance of PPP for school and for the democratic management; comprehend, on the theorical field, the challenges on elaboration and implementing of PPP; understand the meanings attributed to PPP in the documents that rule the State Educational System of Tocantins; and apprehend the contributions of the documents which rule the PPP in the State Educational System of Tocantins for the democratic educational management. In the critic bibliography, the PPP is conceived as the axis of school management when in a democratic perspective which becomes effective with the committed participation of the entire community. However, its construction does not occur without theorical-political disputes, implying resistance and fight to strengthen the importance of the discussion about this topic. In the State Educational System of Tocantins, there are documents referred to the PPP, yet, the democratic management is still not the protagonist in the construction and implementing of this mechanism which can be a space for the voices of all people that are part of school structure. |
