Associativismo e ambiente organizacional: os limites e as potencialidades do empreendimento casa do artesão.

Abstract

This course conclusion work aims to present the limits and potentials in the organizational environment of the Association Casa do Artesão, located in the municipality of Ananás, state of Tocantins. Moreover, it was also noted the participation of members and the degree of knowledge of collectively managed organizations. The study presents the reference the concepts of association, nonprofit and organizational environment. To obtain the data were made interviews with members of the membership of the Association. The results show that the Casa do Artesão has its strengths, which need to be carefully cared because it is strengthening of its identity and its mark and a handmade product known in the region and outside the state. The data also indicate that even if the workspace is not enough to be a social space of the members, it is needed to seek new ways of relationship, because everyone must participate in the project. Finally, it was possible to verify that the use of management tools created for commercial entities can be adopted, since enhanced for use in nonprofit organizations, as in the specific case of the Casa do Artesão.
