| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | A presente pesquisa investiga através das memorias a percepção do professor do Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia do Tocantins – IFTO, Campus Palmas, acerca do seu processo de ingresso na instituição, sua formação (inicial e continuada), sob uma perspectiva histórica, a partir da história da instituição IFTO, focalizando no processo de transição (2005 a 2009) entre a antiga Escola Técnica Federal de Palmas – ETF e Escola Agrotécnica de Araguatins - EAFA e atual configuração, o IFTO, Campus Palmas. Mas, discorrendo sobre todo processo construtivo e histórico da instituição. Trata-se, de uma investigação de caráter exploratório e tem como abordagem a pesquisa qualitativa do problema desenvolvida nas dimensões bibliográfica, documental e de campo que busca nas memorias e registro de os profissionais da educação compreender a construção histórica e coletiva da instituição assim como desses profissionais que a formam. Para adentrar no percurso de vida dos professores e dos profissionais que estão diretamente ligados ao fazer pedagógico, com o intuito de responder à problemática que norteia a pesquisa, utilizou-se da metodologia e método de História Oral, dentre ela a História Oral Temática, que é capaz de coletar informações da história desta Instituição, e fornecer, portanto, uma versão sobre a mesma. Essa metodologia foi utilizada, por a mesma ter seus recursos, técnicas e procedimentos únicos, capazes de extrair dos entrevistados suas memórias e narrativas que deram luz ao trabalho. Para coletar as memórias dos sujeitos que participaram deste período, recorre-se à análise das entrevistas semiestruturadas. O corpus da investigação foi composto pelas narrativas de dezoito professores e professoras e duas pedagogas que estão diretamente ligados ao trabalho e fazer pedagógico. Sob a ótica dos sujeitos entrevistados nos revelaram como a Instituição IFTO, Campus Palmas mantem-se sua atuação como Instituição Educativa, face às inúmeras transformações ocorridas em seu próprio processo de efetivação e sua construção de uma identidade plural, levando a realizar distintas alterações em sua estrutura física, pedagógica e humana. A história de uma instituição de ensino é a própria história da educação de uma comunidade, pois revela como ela se organiza, transmite o conhecimento escolar e suas práticas educativas. |
| Abstract: | This research investigates through the memories the perception of the professor of the Federal Institute of Education Science and Technology of Tocantins - IFTO, Campus Palmas, about his process of entering the institution, his formation (initial and continued), under a historical perspective, the from the history of the IFTO institution, focusing on the transition process (2005 to 2009) between the former Federal Technical School of Palmas - ETF and Escola Agrotécnica de Araguatins - EAFA and current configuration, the IFTO, Campus Palmas. But, talking about the whole constructive and historical process of the institution. It is an exploratory investigation and its approach is the qualitative research of the problem developed in the bibliographic, documentary and field dimensions that seeks in the memories and record of education professionals to understand the historical and collective construction of the institution as well as these professionals that form it. To enter the life path of teachers and professionals who are directly linked to teaching, in order to answer the problem that guides the research, we used the methodology and method of Oral History, among them Oral Thematic History, which is able to collect information from the history of this Institution, and therefore provide a version of it. This methodology was used, as it has its unique resources, techniques and procedures, capable of extracting from the interviewees their memories and narratives that gave light to the work. To collect the memories of the subjects who participated in this period, the analysis of semi-structured interviews is used. The corpus of the investigation was composed of the narratives of eighteen male and female teachers who are directly linked to work and teaching. From the perspective of the interviewed subjects, they revealed to us how the IFTO Institution, Campus Palmas continues to act as an Educational Institution, in view of the countless transformations that took place in its own implementation process and its construction of a plural identity, leading to different changes in its physical, pedagogical and human structure. The history of an educational institution is the history of education in a community, as it reveals how it is organized, transmits school knowledge and its educational practices. |
