| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O estágio curricular supervisionado obrigatório foi realizado, na Clínica de Bovinos de Garanhuns, Campus Garanhuns, da Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco (CBG/UFRPE), no período de 01 de junho a 31 de julho de 2015, sob supervisão do Médico Luiz Teles Coutinho e orientação Prof. Dr. Michel José Sales Abdalla Helayel, sendo desenvolvidas atividades nas áreas de Clínica Médica e Clínica cirúrgica de ruminantes e equídeos e Laboratório clínico, totalizando 352 horas. Durante este período foram realizados 152 atendimentos, com exames clínicos, diagnósticos e tratamentos clínicos e/ou cirúrgicos. O presente trabalho tem por objetivo explanar as atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio curricular supervisionado, realizar breve revisão bibliográfica sobre Indigestão vagal - síndrome de Hoflund - , doença frequente na bovinocultura de leite, geralmente secundária a outra patologia, e posteriormente relatar um caso da enfermidade em um mini boi, onde a etiologia é idiopática, vale salientar que essa patologia representa significante causa de prejuízo independendo da espécie ou aptidão, devido seu prognóstico reservado a desfavorável. |
| Abstract: | Obligatory supervised traineeship was carried out in Bovine Clinic of Garanhuns, Campus Garanhuns, Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (CBG / UFRPE), from June 01 to 31 July 2015, under the supervision of Doctor Luiz Teles Coutinho and guidance Prof. Dr. Michel José Sales Abdalla Helayel, with activities developed in the areas of Medical and Surgical Clinic of ruminants and horses and Clinical Laboratory, totaling 352 hours. During this period they were performed 152 calls with clinical, diagnostic, and clinical and / or surgical treatments. This paper aims to explain the activities developed during the curricular supervised training, conduct brief literature review of vagal indigestion - of Hoflund syndrome -, common disease in dairy cattle, usually secondary to other pathology, and later report an illness case a mini cattle, where the etiology is idiopathic, worth pointing out that this disease is a significant cause of injury irrespective of the type or fitness, because your poor prognosis unfavorable. |
