| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O estágio curricular supervisionado foi realizado na Matrunita da Amazônia Apicultura LTDA, sediada no município de Crato – CE, no período de 28 de setembro de 2016 a 08 de dezembro de 2016, totalizando 360 horas, com ênfase no acompanhamento da equipe de campo no município Dom Leme – Santana do Cariri - CE, bem como o acompanhamento de atividades nos diversos setores da empresa. Acompanhou-se todas as etapas na produção do mel orgânico, dentre elas, visitas aos apicultores, mapeamento e certificação dos apiários cadastrados, acompanhamento da extração na casa de mel da empresa, na compra e na expedição do mel, no processamento no centro de beneficiamento, e realização de atividade no laboratório de análises físico-químicas. O estágio teve como supervisor Danilo Ivo Feitosa, supervisor administrativo da empresa. Com o estágio curricular supervisionado, foi possível conhecer a cadeia de produção de mel orgânico na região da Chapada do Araripe - Estados do Ceará e Pernambuco, a viabilidade da apicultura migratória, assim como o funcionamento de uma unidade de extração e centro de beneficiamento de mel. |
| Abstract: | The supervised curriculum internship was held at the Matrunita da Amazônia Apicultura LTDA, headquartered in the city of Crato - CE, from September 28, 2016 to December 8, 2016, totaling 360 hours, with emphasis on the follow-up of the field team in the municipality Dom Leme - Santana do Cariri - CE, as well as the monitoring of activities in the various sectors of the company. We followed all the stages in the production of organic honey, among them, visits to beekeepers, mapping and certification of registered apiaries, follow-up of extraction in the company's honey house, purchase and shipment of honey, processing in the processing center , And the accomplishment of activity in the laboratory of physical chemical analysis. The internship was supervised by Danilo Ivo Feitosa, administrative supervisor of the company. With the supervised curricular stage, it was possible to know the organic honey production chain in the region of the Araripe Chapada - Ceará and Pernambuco States, the viability of migratory apiculture, as well as the operation of an extraction unit and honey processing center. |
