| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho além de desenvolver uma discussão teórica, apresenta os resultados obtidos através de uma pesquisa comparativa entre dois manuais didáticos de História, organizados pela Editora Moderna: Projeto Araribá História, PNLD 2008, 8° série e Projeto Araribá Mais História, PNLD 2020-2023, 8° ano. Em ambos os livros é analisada e refletida a historiografia sobre a representatividade do negro na sociedade brasileira. A pesquisa se estrutura com base na lei 10.639/03, que inclui nos currículos educacionais da educação básica a obrigatoriedade do Ensino de História e Cultura Africana e Afro-brasileira. Esta análise busca, por um lado, identificar as características dos conteúdos sobre a população negra, veiculadas pelos dois manuais didáticos e, por outro, refletir sobre o papel assumido por eles diante da relação crítica e educativa em meio a propostas de educação étnico racial. Para aprofundar a análise desses conteúdos, buscamos, inicialmente, entender, com base nas referências teóricas, o contexto histórico e social do Brasil desde o período colonial perpassando os dias atuais, no contexto do século XXI. |
| Abstract: | This work, in addition to developing a theoretical discussion, presents the results obtained through a comparative research between two History textbooks, organized by Editora Moderna: Projeto Araribá História, PNLD 2008, 8th grade and Projeto Araribá Mais História, PNLD 2020-2023, 8th grade. Both books analyze and reflect on the historiography of black people in Brazilian society. The research is structured based on Law 10.639/03, which includes mandatory teaching of African and Afro-Brazilian History and Culture in basic education curricula. This analysis seeks, on the one hand, to identify the characteristics of the contents about the black population, conveyed by the two didactic manuals and, on the other hand, to reflect on the role assumed by them in the face of the critical and educational relationship in the midst of proposals for ethnic-racial education. To deepen the analysis of these contents, we initially sought to understand, based on theoretical references, the historical and social context of Brazil from the colonial period to the present day, in the context of the 21st century. |
