| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este artigo tem como objeto de estudo uma situação específica, sendo esta, o “forró dos velhos”, que acontece no bairro São João, na cidade de Araguaína (TO), com o intuito de compreender o ambiente, as práticas desenvolvidas, os significados atribuídos a elas, e as relações estabelecidas entre os sujeitos praticantes do forró nesse espaço. No tocante a abordagem metodológica, esta pesquisa se apresenta como qualitativa, outrossim, foi utilizado da História Oral como ferramenta metodológica. Os autores Clifford Geertz (1989), Pierre Bourdieu (1994) e SILVA (2003) auxiliaram, teoricamente, para o desenvolvimento dessa pesquisa. Por fim, trazer ao centro do debate historiográfico, a discussão acerca do Forró dos velhos e sua importância para os moradores de Araguaína, ademais, sua relevância para a história regional do Tocantins, pois tal debate traz uma visibilidade a está prática pertencente ao munícipio tornando-se útil para a história da cidade. |
| Abstract: | This article has as an object of study a specific situation, being this, the old-fashioned “, which happens in the St. John neighborhood in the city of Araguain, with the intuition of understanding the environment, the designed practices, the significantly attributed to them, and the established relations between the forrotes in this space. In the touching the methodological approach, this research presents as qualitative, others, was used of Oral History as a methodological tool. The Authors Clifford Geertz, Pierre Bourdieu (1994) and SILVA (2003) Auxiliated, theoretically, for the development of this research. Finally, bringing to the center of the historiographic debate, the discussion about the old forros and its importance to the residents of Araguain, also, its relevance to the regional story of the Tocantins, because such debate brings a visibility to this practical belonging to the municipality to the city history. |
