| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O problema da corrupção não é novo e por isso acompanha a evolução das sociedades e pode surgir entre agentes privados, públicos, ou ambos, não tem destinatário ou titular certo, como também não tem campo de preferência para atuar. Ela se relaciona com parâmetros do âmbito da moral, da justiça, da ética, dentre outros. O objetivo desse trabalho é analisar a influência da corrupção para as relações internacionais do Brasil, especialmente em relação a sua percepção internacional nos casos de corrupção das empresas brasileiras internacionalizadas. Para tanto, o estudo de caso do trabalho aborda a multinacional Odebrecht nas Relações Internacionais Brasileiras. Para atingir esse objetivo foram estudados os conceitos de corrupção, de governança, regimes e instituições, sob a perspectiva da teoria Construtivista. Para entender como o Brasil se encaixa em um regime internacional de combate à corrupção foram estudadas três convenções internacionais das quais é signatário. No que se refere à imagem internacional do país, o estudo abordou os seus índices de corrupção e em como se deu a política externa do Brasil de internacionalização das empresas brasileiras, confirmando assim a hipótese desse trabalho de que a corrupção afeta negativamente as relações internacionais do país. |
| Abstract: | The problem of corruption is not new and therefore follows the evolution of societies and can arise among private, public or both types of agents, has no recipient or right holder, as also has no preference field to act. It relates to parameters of the moral scope, of justice, of ethics, among others. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of corruption on Brazil´s international relations, especially in relation to its international perception in cases of corruption of internationalized Brazilian´s companies. Therefore, this case study approaches the multinational Odebrecht in the Brazilian International Relations. In order to achieve this objective, the concepts of corruption, governance, regimes and institutions were studied from the perspective of the Constructivist theory. In order to understand how Brazil fits into an international anti-corruption regime, three international conventions were analyzed. Regarding the country´s international image, the study dealt with its corruption indexes and how Brazil's foreign policy of internationalization of Brazilian´s companies took place, thus confirming the hypothesis of this article that corruption adversely affects the country´s international relations. |
