| Resumo: | O presente trabalho intitulado a Prática Pedagógica Sobre o Olhar da Lei 10.639/2003: um levantamento bibliográfico sobre as questões raciais, é fruto de um trabalho investigativo, que buscou compreender através de fundamentação teórica, as questões étnico-raciais e sua relevância no âmbito educacional, pois compreendemos a escola como um espaço de inclusão e socialização. É uma instituição formadora de sujeitos históricos que precisa ser entendida como um espaço que integra valores e culturas diferenciadas. Temos como referência à Lei 10.639/2003 e sua implementação. A pesquisa é bibliográfica e buscou analisar em quatro monografias selecionadas que abordam a temática e sua aplicabilidade da referida Lei no ensino no município de Tocantinópolis TO. O objetivo é abrir reflexões a respeito da prática docente e da valorização racial na prática pedagógica, bem como analisar a relevância da lei no âmbito educacional. |
| Abstract: | The present work entitled the Pedagogical Practice on the Look At Law 10.639 / 2003: a bibliographical survey on racial issues, is the result of an investigative work, which sought to understand through theoretical foundation, ethnic-racial issues and their relevance in the educational field, because we understand the school as a space of inclusion and socialization. It is a formator of historical subjects that needs to be understood as a space that integrates different values and cultures. We refer to Law 10.639/2003 and its implementation. The research is bibliographical and sought to analyze in four selected monographs that approach the subject and its applicability of said Law in the teaching in the municipality of Tocantinópolis-TO. The objective is to open reflections on teaching practice and racial valorization in pedagogical practice, as well as to analyze the relevance of the law in the educational scope. |
