| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso consiste em uma análise da arquitetura hospitalar e a relação da humanização dos espaços hospitalares com a saúde e bem-estar dos usuários do edifício. A temática central se refere ao desenvolvimento de um anteprojeto de arquitetura de um Hospital de Referência na Saúde do Idoso com enfoque na humanização dos espaços a partir de uma análise abrangente dos aspectos históricos e físicos do edifício hospitalar e das relações socioespaciais da oferta e acesso da população idosa à saúde no município de Palmas, Tocan- tins. Com base na análise história do edifício hospitalar, ocorre uma cisão da dimensão simbó- lica das subjetividades impressas na imagem e na forma do edifício na primeira metade do século XX, durante o movimento moderno, de forma que o distanciou das discussões e diretri- zes projetuais que visassem a humanização e a ressignificação do espaço em relação ao bem- estar do paciente. Aliado a isso, observa-se um crescente enquadramento do Brasil no cenário do envelhecimento demográfico e um consequente aumento da população idosa, o que ocasiona a necessidade do direcionamento do olhar para implementação de serviços de saúde voltados para essa população, além de políticas públicas. Assim, essa monografia defende a hipótese de que o direcionamento de serviços de saúde para idosos aliados ao processo de humanização do edifício hospitalar construa um cenário otimista para a problemática dos desafios enfrentados na saúde pela população idosa. Nesse processo, além da revisão bibliográfica das perspectivas históricas e das diretrizes de humanização, o estudo aborda as relações socioespaciais de oferta e acesso à saúde pela população idosa, por significar uma análise imprescindível para o fomento de políticas públicas e desenvolvimento de projetos de arquitetura hospitalar. Ao final, apre- senta-se a proposta de um anteprojeto de edifício hospitalar de atendimento regional para a população idosa para o município de Palmas, Tocantins no Brasil. |
| Abstract: | The present conclusion work consists of an analysis of hospital architecture and a relationship of humanization of hospital spaces with the health and well-being of the users of the building. The central theme refers to the development of an architectural project for a Reference Center in Health with the Elderly with a focus on the humanization of spaces, based on a detailed analysis of the historical aspects, the performance tests of the hospital and the socio-spatial relations of the supply and access of the elderly population to health in the municipality of Palmas, Tocantins. Based on the analysis of the history of the hospital building, which splits with a symbolic dimension of the subjectivities personalized in the image and shape of the building in the first half of the 20th century, during the modern movement, whose distance is from the discussions and projected guidelines which aim at humanizing and redefining space in relation to the patient's well-being. Allied to this, there is a growing scenario in Brazil in the demographic scenario and a hot increase in the elderly population, or that occasion needs a focus on the implementation of health services aimed at this population beyond the political public. Thus, this monograph defends the hypothesis of targeting health services for the elderly, allied to the process of humanizing hospital buildings, as an optimistic scenario for a problem of health challenges faced by the elderly population. In this process, in addition to the biblio- graphic review of the perspectives and humanization guidelines, the study addresses the socio- spatial relations of health supply and access by elderly populations, through an essential analy- sis for the promotion of policies and development of policy projects. At the end, it presents a proposal for a regional hospital project for the elderly population of the municipality of Palmas, Tocantins in Brazil. |
