Formação ética e valores morais no processo de ensino e aprendizagem

Abstract

This piece of work is the Conclusion Monography of the Pedagogy Major and its theme was the ethical training and moral values in the teaching and learning process. Its general goal was to think about the importance of the ethical and moral values in the teaching and learning process in Elementary School. The ethic and moral concepts in social relations established in education were discussed. The Legislation was verified regarding to ethics and how present it is as a transversal theme in the National Curriculum Parameters - NCP and in the Common National Curricular Base (CNCB). The methodology used to do it, was the bibliographic and documentary research. It has been noticed how much the ethic and moral are complex concepts, although ethics has been in the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education and in the Federal Constitution of 1988 for more than two decades, it is safe to say that it is a little explored issue, and it is known little about it, despite its requirement in the National Curriculum Parameters and in the Common National Curricular Base.
