| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O fragilizado orçamento das instituições públicas, principalmente na parte dos recursos para investimento, exige que a gestão responsável faça um uso cada vez mais minucioso das verbas disponíveis. O montante aplicado em obras, nas universidades federais do país, varia entre 1% a 2% do orçamento total. No caso da Universidade Federal do Tocantins o valor foi de cerca de 1,4%. Se a universidade vir a expandir a oferta de cursos ou a população de alunos, novas estruturas serão necessárias. Os blocos mais recentes e de maior capacidade da universidade são os chamados blocos padrão de três pavimentos, ou 3P. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo propor um projeto alternativo ao bloco de maneira a aumentar a sua viabilidade econômica na parte estrutural do empreendimento, sem negligenciar o caráter técnico e/ou construtivo da obra. Para tal propósito foram realizas diversas simulações, através do software de dimensionamento em concreto armado EBERICK, pautadas em sugestões de autores renomados na área para o lançamento dos elementos estruturais. |
| Abstract: | The weak budget of public institutions, mainly in the part of resources for investment, requires that the responsible management makes increasingly detailed use of the available funds. The amount invested in works at federal universities in the country varies between 1% to 2% of the total budget. In the case of the Federal University of Tocantins, the value was about 1.4%. If the university is to expand the offer of courses or the student population, new structures will be needed. The most recent and highest capacity blocks in the university are the so-called standard three-floor blocks or 3P. This work aims to propose an alternative project to the block to increase its economic viability in the structural part of the enterprise, without neglecting the technical and/or constructive character of the work. For this purpose, several simulations were carried out, using the EBERICK reinforced concrete dimensioning software, based on suggestions from renowned authors in the area for the launch of the structural elements |
