| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O interesse desta monografia em estudar a evolução legislativa sobre a violência contra a mulher juntamente com o crime de feminicídio no estado do Tocantins e na cidade de Araguaína, surgiu a partir das notícias veiculadas por intermédio da imprensa jornalística local, a qual costuma noticiar vários crimes cometidos em razão de gênero, em relação do homem contra a mulher. O objetivo da pesquisa desenvolvida é estudar a evolução da legislação protetora da mulher contra a violência doméstica e familiar. O estudo foi desenvolvido com base em conteúdos bibliográficos e documentais, na qual, possui parâmetros qualitativo e quantitativo, como pesquisa social realizada em campo tendo por base o questionário. O tema justifica-se frente ao fato de que o Estado do Tocantins ocupa 13º lugar no Mapa da Violência de 2015 no quesito das violências contra as mulheres, sendo que na cidade de Araguaína o número de processos de Competência do Tribunal de Júri encontrase aumentando a cada dia. |
| Abstract: | The interest of this monograph in studying the legislative evolution on violence against women together with the crime of feminicide in the state of Tocantins and in the city of Araguaína, emerged from the news stories through the local press, which often reports several crimes committed on the basis of gender, in relation to man against woman. The objective of the research developed is to study the evolution of the protective legislation of women against domestic and family violence. The study was developed based on bibliographic and documentary content, in which, has qualitative and quantitative parameters, as social research held in the field based on the questionnaire. The theme is justified front the fact of which the State of Tocantins occupies 13th place in the Map of Violence 2015 in relation to violence against women, being that in the city of Araguaína the number of processes of Jurisdiction of the Jury is increasing every day. |
