Infância trans: memórias e vivências entre a performatividade de gênero e a gestalt-terapia

Abstract

This work is a qualitative research that approaches, through semi-structured interviews, memories about the childhood of transgender adults, and from the narrative of the participants, seeks to understand their processes of social and political interaction, as well as to know their stories and making it possible to analyze how their experiences were during childhood in the face of gender issues, taking into account the family network, and the interpersonal relationships between family members, using the methodological framework of GestaltTherapy to be able to, from the process of maintenance of balance and self-regulation of contact with the world identify creative adjustments. The research was divided into three sections that seek to answer how interactions in the social, political and family field of the transgender child can influence the process of creative adjustment inherent to gender issues. In this way, to identify the processes of creative adjustments related to gender in the childhood of transgender people through the memories and narrative of the interlocutors.
