| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho monográfico tem como objetivo analisar e evidenciar os castigos e as sanções disciplinares aplicadas aos Policiais Militares em função do consumo de bebidas alcoólicas. O contexto apresentado tem como base os registros dos Boletins Internos (BI) do 3° BPM – Batalhão Tocantins, de 1979 até 1982. Levando em consideração a origem desses policias, a sua formação, instrução, a imposição de condutas, a in-disciplina, assim como as exclusões, a precariedade, os riscos enfrentados pelos policiais. Consequentemente problematizar e contextualizar o modo como esses policiais enfrentavam e lidavam com as mais diversas situações no seu cotidiano de trabalho, se encontrando, muitas das vezes, em uma linha tênue entre o “sentimento do dever” e as sociabilidades, desejos e prazeres característicos da masculinidade, fazendo com que muitos transgredissem as “normas regulamentares” da instituição policial militar e cometessem desvios de condutas. Dentro do contexto apresentado, buscou-se dar visibilidade a história de vida desses PMs, tanto dentro do Batalhão como nas sociabilidades públicas, assim como o que estes foram instruídos e formados a fazer, e o que objetivava os seus superiores hierárquicos para atender as demandas de ordem no norte de Goiás. |
| Abstract: | This monographic work has the objective of analyzing and evidencing the punishments and disciplinary sanctions applied to Military Police officers due to the consumption of alcoholic beverages. The context presented is based on the records of the Internal Bulletins (BI) of the 3rd BPM - Tocantins Battalion, from 1979 to 1982. Taking into account the origin of these polices, their training, education, conduct imposition, in- discipline, as well as the exclusions, the precariousness, the risks faced by the police. Consequently, to problematize and contextualize the way these policemen faced and dealt with the most diverse situations in their daily work, often finding themselves in a fine line between the "feeling of duty" and the sociabilities, desires and pleasures characteristic of the Masculinity, causing many to violate the "regulatory norms" of the military police institution and to commit deviations from conduct. Within the context presented, it was sought to give visibility to the life history of these MPs, both within the Battalion and in the public sociabilities, as well as what they were instructed and trained to do, and what objective their hierarchical superiors to meet the demands of order in the north of Goiás. |
