Dispositivo Formulário e Textualização do Político nas tomadas de posição dos Sujeitos da Prática Deliberativa: uma análise discursiva sobre um recorte do arquivo de atas dos Conselhos Superiores da UFT.

Abstract

This thesis is the product of a work of Discourse Analysis (M. Pêcheux and E. Orlandi) circumscribed to the university deliberative field, represented in the clipping of the minutes archive of the Superior Councils of the Federal University of Tocantins (UFT), namely, the Council University (CONSUNI) and the Teaching, Research and Extension Council (CONSEPE). We take these institutional forms as structures of the Ideological State Apparatus (L. Althusser) where we recognize the functioning of a formulaic device, the regularity effect of the archive as institutional memory. This focus leads us to the general objective of the study: to analyze the textualization of the political in the positions taken by subjects of deliberative practice inscribed in the minutes of the UFT Superior Councils to highlight the formulaic functioning that affects the production of these symbolic objects. For this, two processes were imposed in the constitution of our gesture of reading the archive: the lack, based on a certain empirical imaginary of the body that should be there, but is not there; and the formulaic, taken as a device for organizing the language in its ideological stabilization effect (crystallization and reproduction) and historical update (controversy and incompleteness). Such devices are related to the institutional practice of managing (im)possible sayings in the process of assembling a archive (PÊCHEUX, 2014a). Consequently, they also point to certain discursive formations that affect, contradictorily, the positions taken by deliberative subjects. We assume these regularities as constitutively equivocal, since there are always other subjects and other sayings historicizing the language, which implies that the meanings can always be different. Our methodological procedure consists of reading the archive and operating discursive clippings to raise memory stabilization regions from which the deliberative subjects relate. The analyzes point out that (i) the formulaic device projects an unequivocal deliberative ritual; (ii) the formulaic device organizes and distributes the sayings at the institutional level; (iii) the mistake breaks materiality through the effect of the political in the constitution of meanings; (iv) the deliberative subjects do not coincide in their positions; (v) the subjective textualization of class struggles within the dominant ideological formation in deliberative practice; (vi) tension is a symptom of the political, making a glimpse of the processes of reproduction/transformation of hegemonic discursivities. With this, we support the thesis that the taking of positions of subjects enrolled in the institutional deliberative field, given the historicity that affects the functioning of the formulaic device and the textualization process of the political, produce effects of particularization of deliberative subjects to circumstantial them distinctly in deliberative practice depending on the conditions of production and how the estrangement is projected onto the deliberative ritual.
