| Resumo: | O Quilombo Grotão é uma comunidade que se originou ainda no século XIX e se localiza no município de Filadélfia – TO. Desde 2007 lutam pela regularização integral do território Grotão e elaboram estratégias de resistência frente as pressões impostas a eles pelo agronegócio e o Estado. Nesse sentido, objetivamos com esse trabalho desenvolver uma análise interdisciplinar sobre a história do Quilombo Grotão e a luta para o reconhecimento legal do território quilombola, tendo como metodologia a revisão bibliográfica e a pesquisa documental. Percebe-se que a formação do Grotão está diretamente ligada ao Cerrado, tendo em vista que os sujeitos em questão consideram o bioma em que vivem como fundamental para a constituição da comunidade. Além disso, diante da ameaça de grupos hegemônicos ao território quilombola, foi preciso articular as ações da comunidade à luta pelo território no sentido de resistirem e não perderem sua identidade, por isso, o esforço da comunidade ao se articular com outras instituições tornou-se necessário para o seu fortalecimento na luta pela regularização territorial. |
| Abstract: | Grotão municipality is a community that originated in the 19th century and is located in the city of Filadélfia - TO. Since 2007, they have been fighting for the full regularization of the Grotão territory and elaborate resistance strategies against the pressures imposed on them by agribusiness and the State. In this sense, we aim with this work to develop an interdisciplinary analysis on the history of Quilombo Grotão and the struggle for legal recognition of the quilombola territory, using bibliographical review and documentary research as a methodology. It can be seen that the formation of Grotão is directly linked to the Cerrado, considering that the subjects in question consider the biome in which they live as fundamental for the constitution of the community. In addition, given the threat of hegemonic groups to the quilombola territory, it was necessary to articulate the community's actions to the struggle for the territory in order to resist and not lose their identity, therefore, the community's effort to articulate with other institutions became necessary for its strengthening in the struggle for territorial regularization. |
