| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente artigo pretende demonstrar como se deu a integração da concepção freudiana da Transferência à Psicoterapia Analítica Funcional por meio da operacionalização em termos comportamentais, traçando encontros e diferenças entre o entendimento teórico e o manejo clínico dessas abordagens frente ao fenômeno transferencial. O método utilizado foi a revisão bibliográfica de livros e periódicos de psicologia dos principais autores da Psicanálise (Freud) e Psicoterapia Analítica Funcional (Kohlenberg e Tsai), além de outros que adentram em assuntos complementares e pertinentes à discussão, buscando captar uma ideia geral e adequada sobre a Transferência e suas implicações. Os resultados evidenciam as diferenças teóricas sobre a transferência, mas, ao mesmo tempo, demonstram muitas semelhanças quanto ao modo do fenômeno se apresentar na clínica. No que tange ao manejo, os dados ressaltam que as abordagens diferem principalmente em relação à atitude dos psicoterapeutas diante do episódio transferencial. Por fim, discute-se a influência exercida pelo isolamento científico na ideia de que certas áreas são inconciliáveis e que nada têm a contribuir entre si, uma crença infrutífera e que atrapalha não só o diálogo integrativo, mas toda a esfera dos estudos em psicoterapia. |
| Abstract: | This article aims to demonstrate how the Freudian conception of Transference was integrated into Functional Analytic Psychotherapy through operationalization in behavioral terms, delineating the similarities and differences between the theoretical understanding and clinical management of these approaches regarding the transferential phenomenon. The method used was a literature review of books and psychology journals by key authors in Psychoanalysis (Freud) and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (Kohlenberg and Tsai), as well as others that delve into complementary and pertinent subjects for the discussion, seeking to capture a general and suitable idea about Transference and its implications. The results highlight theoretical differences about transference but, at the same time, show many similarities in how the phenomenon presents itself in clinical practice. Regarding clinical management, the data emphasize that the approaches mainly differ in the therapists' attitude towards the transferential episode. Finally, we discuss the influence of scientific isolation on the idea that certain areas are irreconcilable and have nothing to contribute to each other, an unproductive belief that hinders not only integrative dialogue but also the entire field of psychotherapy studies. |
