| Resumo: | Este estudo aborda o Desinvestimento Pedagógico no contexto da Educação Física Escolar, com o objetivo de investigar a relação entre o ciclo profissional e o desinvestimento pedagógico dos professores de Educação Física da Secretaria Municipal de Ensino do município de Dom Eliseu (SEMEDE), no estado do Pará. Para tanto, buscou-se identificar aspectos que constituem o Desinvestimento Pedagógico; verificar evidências desse desinvestimento no trabalho pedagógico do componente curricular de Educação Física; e, a partir dos resultados obtidos, propor uma formação continuada para os professores da rede municipal de Dom Eliseu. O estudo parte do reconhecimento da importância da Educação Física Escolar para a sociedade, considerando que, enquanto componente curricular, constitui-se como campo de conhecimento e aprendizagem imprescindível ao desenvolvimento integral do educando. Por outro lado, também se fundamenta no entendimento de que o Desinvestimento Pedagógico configura-se como um problema social quando compromete o processo de ensino e aprendizagem na Educação Física Escolar. Para um melhor aprofundamento da investigação, adotou-se a abordagem qualitativa, utilizando-se como instrumento de coleta de dados a entrevista semiestruturada, realizada com professores da rede municipal de Dom Eliseu, Pará. No que se refere a análise e discussão, foram entrevistados cinco professores dos quais, dois estão no ciclo profissional da serenidade e distanciamento afetivo, dois estão na diversificação e um está na entrada na carreira. Constatou-se que os professores demonstram insatisfação em razão da desvalorização profissional, atribuída à comunidade escolar, à falta de material pedagógico e à própria rede de ensino. Outro aspecto evidenciado na pesquisa refere-se ao conhecimento limitado dos professores acerca das abordagens da Educação Física, bem como à inexistência de uma formação continuada na rede municipal que contemple, de forma sistemática, os conhecimentos específicos do componente curricular. Portanto, tais fatores contribuem para o desinvestimento pedagógico na rede municipal de ensino de Dom Eliseu, no estado do Pará. |
| Abstract: | This study addresses pedagogical disengagement in the context of school physical education, aiming to investigate the relationship between the professional cycle and the pedagogical disengagement of physical education teachers in the Municipal Education Department of Dom Eliseu (SEMEDE), in the state of Pará. To this end, it sought to identify aspects that constitute pedagogical disengagement; verify evidence of this disengagement in the pedagogical work of the physical education curriculum component; and, based on the results obtained, propose continuing education for teachers in the Dom Eliseu municipal school system. The study begins with the recognition of the importance of school physical education for society, considering that, as a curricular component, it constitutes a field of knowledge and learning essential to the integral development of the student. On the other hand, it is also based on the understanding that pedagogical disengagement constitutes a social problem when it compromises the teaching and learning process in school physical education. For a more in-depth investigation, a qualitative approach was adopted, using semi-structured interviews as a data collection instrument, conducted with teachers from the municipal school system of Dom Eliseu, Pará. Regarding the analysis and discussion, five teachers were interviewed; two are in the professional cycle of serenity and emotional detachment, two are in the diversification phase, and one is entering the career. It was found that the teachers demonstrate dissatisfaction due to professional devaluation, attributed to the school community, the lack of teaching materials, and the school system itself. Another aspect highlighted in the research refers to the teachers' limited knowledge of Physical Education approaches, as well as the lack of continuing education in the municipal system that systematically addresses the specific knowledge of this curricular component. Therefore, these factors contribute to the pedagogical disinvestment in the municipal school system of Dom Eliseu, in the state of Pará. |
