| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O estágio curricular supervisionado foi realizado no Matadouro Municipal Ivo Herbst, localizado na Cidade de João Lisboa – MA, sob orientação da Professora Dra. Silvia Minharro Barbosa e supervisão do Med. Vet. Dr. Antônio Carlos Ribeiro Ramos, no período de 03 de novembro de 2014 a 30 de janeiro 2015, totalizando 585,9 horas de atividade. Durante o período de estágio era permitido acompanhar a chegada dos animais a indústria, inspeção ante-mortem, fluxograma de abate, inspeção post-mortem, expedição e transporte dos produtos. Foi possível também o acompanhamento de todas as etapas de implantação de uma indústria frigorífica de bovinos no que compreende os alvarás e licenciamentos destinados à construção, emitidos por órgãos atuantes dentro do Município, Estado e País, bem como as normas técnicas vigentes quanto às instalações e equipamentos. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo descrever as atividades desenvolvidas dentro da indústria e junto aos órgãos responsáveis pelo cadastro e autorização da formação de um complexo industrial. |
| Abstract: | Supervised curricular training was held at Municipal Slaughterhouse Ivo Herbst, located in the city of João Lisboa -MA, under the guidance of Professor Silvia Minharro Barbosa and supervision of the Med Vet Dr. Antonio Carlos Ribeiro Ramos, from November 3 de 2014 to 30 January 2015 totaling 585.9 hours of activity. During the probationary period was allowed to accompany the arrival of the industry, ante-mortem inspection, slaughtering flowchart, post-mortem inspection, shipping and transport of products. It was also possible to monitor all stages of implementation of a cold cattle industry comprising the permits and licenses for the construction, issued by agencies acting within the city, state and country, as well as existing technical standards for the facilities and equipment. This paper aims to describe the activities developed within the industry and to the organs responsible for the registration and authorization of the formation of an industrial complex. |
