| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O mercado de trabalho vem passando por incontáveis mudanças, e isso inclui, mais do que nunca, o ambiente (e mercado) de trabalho. Tais mudanças são consequências das novas tecnologias, novas práticas de economia criativa, dentre outros motivos. Muito se discute sobre os modelos de trabalho contemporâneos e a influência desse conceito colaborativo no espaço edificado. Portanto, o presente trabalho visa a implantação de um edifício de trabalhos compartilhados, na cidade de Palmas – TO, que será um local em destaque por apresentar novas ideias e tendências de trabalho. O local escolhido para a implantação do projeto será a Avenida Juscelino Kubitschek, uma das principais áreas comerciais da capital tocantinense. |
| Abstract: | The labor market has undergone countless changes, and this includes, more than ever, the work environment (and market). Such changes are consequences of new technologies, new practices of creative economy, other main reasons. Much is discussed about contemporary work models and the influence of this collaborative concept in the built space. Therefore, the present work aims at the implantation of a shared work building, in the city of Palmas - TO, which will be a prominent place to present new ideas and work trends. The location chosen for the implementation of the project will be on Avenida Juscelino Kubitschek, one of the main commercial areas of the capital of Tocantins. |
